1. WE ARE A RE-SELLER of all products on our site. All images, copy, and specifications are our best representation of the manufacturer's images, copy, and specifications. We are not liable for any claims beyond our control and we encourage buyers to do their due diligence on any products or items they decide to purchase. Orders are generally shipped no later than the next business day after being entered and processed.

2. WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS as payment. We make every effort to eliminate credit card fraud and we ask that you complete all requested information in the Check Out form to assist your credit card company in ensuring your card is only used by you. Your personal information is never sold or distributed beyond our organization or affiliates without your permission.

3. WARRANTY CLAIMS AND REQUESTS FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT should be submitted directly to the manufacturer. We do not offer any warranty, expressed or implied, and make no guarantees for fitness of purpose.

4. PLEASE INSPECT ALL SHIPMENTS carefully when received. Claims for shipping damage should be filed directly with the shipper.

5. RETURN POLICY - Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any items. You may return any new, unopened and undamaged merchandise within 15 days of delivery and receive a full refund for the merchandise within 5 business days. Merchandise that is defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item or we will issue a full refund within 5 business days. Merchandise that is returned for reasons beyond our control other than defects or damage may be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Freight costs cannot be reimbursed.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS will be shipped to a U.S. based freight forwarder of your choice. We will only calculate and charge freight from us to your freight forwarder as we do not ship internationally. Please contact your freight forwarder for freight charges and further instructions to ship your merchandise on to your destination.

7. WE WILL SEND EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS about your order and may, from time to time, notify you of products and promotions that would be appropriate. We will not sell or distribute your contact information beyond our organization or affiliates.


9. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR DENY any order at any time without showing cause. A full refund will be made promptly for any unfulfilled portion of any orders cancelled or denied.
